Who can start with the amateurs?		 Jeder.  Mitgliedschaft bei anderen Verbänden ist kein Hindernis.
Everybody. A membership with other federations is not an obstacle.
Welche Kriterien müssen für eine Starterlaubnis erfüllt sein?
Which criteria have to be fulfilled for a starting permission?		 Es gibt kein Limit wie viele Athleten von einer Nation pro Gewichts- und Altersklasse teilnehmen. Qualifikationslimits sind Landessache.
There is no limit how many athletes from one nation can be in a weight class or age class. Limits are national affair.
Wo kann man sich qualifizieren?
Where can one itself qualify?		 Bei World United Amateur Powerlifter (WUAP)  zugehörigen Wettkämpfen. Wenn es keine WUAP zugehörige Organisation gibt und national keine Amateurveranstaltung (in Europa teilweise nicht üblich) durchführt werden, kann eine Leistung eines anderen Verbandes als Qualifikation herangezogen werden.
With WUAP associated meetings. If there is no WUAP associated organization and no (amateur) national competitons in in the country (in Europe partly not usually), an other competition form any federation can be consulted as qualification.
Wer kann einen Starter bei WUAP Weltmeisterschaften nennen?
Who can announce a starter at UAP world championships?		 Eine dem WUAP zugehörigen Verband bestimmte Person nennt die Athleten. Gibt es keine WUAP zugehörige Organisation muss sich der Athlet selbst nennen. In Österreich nimmt die Agenden der WUAP der europäische Verband "United Powerlifter" wahr.
The UAP associated federation a certain person announce the athletes. If there is no UAP associated organization then the athlet have to do it her /him selfe. For Austria the european federation "United Powerlifter" does notice the agendas of the UAP.
